- 3-5 days (2nd class) - £4.50
- 1-2 days (1st class Signed For) - £6.00
- Orders over £50 - free
We aim to have your package shipped within 24 hours of ordering. Although we are still a small company and this may take longer. We will email you if this is the case.
For delivery outside of the UK, drop us an email at hello@dasein.london and we will find a quote for you.
Delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and tax. Dasein.london has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once we receive your order, we will email your order number to you. Please quote this order number in all correspondence. You can contact us on hello@dasein.london with regard to your query.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated email from us once your order has been dispatched containing your parcel tracking number.
Returns
We want you to be as happy as possible with your order, we understand returns are a natural part of life.
If you would like to return your item, let us know by email at hello@dasein.london within 14 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return. We’d like to find it a new owner so please get it to us undamaged and in the state it was sent. You will need to ensure a safe journey back to us. Due to the materials, please use protective packaging and label parcel as fragile to avoid any damages. Dasein.london is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Once safely received, we will get you your refund within 7 days (minus original delivery charges if applicable).
