Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. All the relevant product information is available on the product pages, we take great care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of our products are correct at the time of publishing. We strive to use accurate imagery to ensure that your order arrives as expected. Slight variations may occur between products due to the handmade nature of our products. Ordering
By placing an order on our website you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions detailed on this page. Once you have made an order with us we will send you a confirmation email stating the product/s ordered, payment and delivery method. Another email will follow confirming a dispatch and estimated delivery date. If the items are returned back to us we have the right to charge the postage cost to re-deliver your order. Dasein.london reserves the right to refuse a transaction or service to anyone for any reason at any time. This may be due to stock levels, a problem processing a payment or an error identified in the product information. We will contact you if there is a problem with your order. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing a product from the website or altering a price whether or not that product has been sold.

Cancellation of an order
We reserve the right to withdraw products from our website at any time and/or cancel an order. We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction, suspend any transaction after processing has begun or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. Please allow up to 7 working days for a refund to reach your account after receiving a confirmation email from us.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us stating your name and order reference. The cancellation of any order must be done in writing. If your order has already been dispatched, then please follow the returns procedure.

Full payment will be taken at the point of purchase; any additional administration or delivery costs will be charged subsequently if necessary.
